Returns & Exchanges


We’re confident you will be completely satisfied with the details and quality of our merchandise. And we care about your satisfaction, so if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll be glad to offer you an exchange or refund for most of our merchandise.  

Returns & exchanges are only allowed within 15 days from receipt of product. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged and un-repairable, defective and un-repairable, or incorrect. Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less shipping/return charges and the cost of any damages if applicable.  Return shipping charges may be in excess of the amount originally charged for delivery  as we offer reduced/aggregate pricing as an incentive to any purchase.  Proof of purchase must be provided with any return or exchange.

Sparrow & Sage™ does not accept returns or exchanges on custom upholstery or custom orders (made to order especially for you), floor models, fabric yardage or sale items.
