How long will my order take?
We try to fill our orders as promptly as possible and stocked items typically ship within 1-2 days of receipt of order. With standard Fed-X (Ground) Delivery, your order should arrive in 3-7 days. Out of stock items typically ship in 4-6 weeks. With White Glove (Freight) Delivery, in stock orders typically ship in 1–2 weeks. Out of stock items will take longer, but most typically ship in 6-10 weeks.
Can I cancel an order?
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of order only.
Can I return merchandise I have ordered?
We will gladly issue you a store credit or exchange for any merchandise that you are not completely satisfied with as long as it is within 15 days of delivery. Merchandise must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and we’ll need your receipt of sale or proof of purchase. We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom upholstery or custom orders (made to order especially for you), floor models, fabric yardage or sale items.
We will not be able to offer a store credit or exchange after 15 days from delivery, or if the merchandise shows obvious signs of use or damage, or is missing parts not due to our error. We do not offer store credit for gift cards. All sale items are a final sale. Return shipping charges are your responsibility, unless the item is incorrect or damaged. Can I return a gift?
We’re happy to issue a store credit for the value of the merchandise returned in the form of a Sparrow & Sage™ Gift Card.
How do you ship items?
We use FedEx, and White Glove Delivery partners for larger freight items.
What if I live clear across the country?
We can deliver anywhere in the continental US.
