How long will my order take?
We try to fill our orders as promptly as possible and stocked items typically ship within 1-2 days of receipt of order. With standard Fed-X (Ground) Delivery, your order should arrive in 3-7 days. Out of stock items typically ship in 4-6 weeks. With White Glove (Freight) Delivery, in stock orders typically ship in 1–2 weeks. Out of stock items will take longer, but most typically ship in 6-10 weeks.
Can I cancel an order?
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase and item has not shipped.
Can I return merchandise I have ordered?
If you are not completely satisfied with the details and quality of our merchandise, we accept returns and exchanges on select items. Please see our Returns & Exchanges section.
Can I return a gift?
We’re happy to issue a store credit for the value of the merchandise returned in the form of a Sparrow & Sage™ Gift Card.
How do you ship items?
We use FedEx, and White Glove Delivery partners for larger freight items.
What if I live clear across the country?
We can deliver anywhere in the continental US.
