HOW DO I APPLY FOR A TRADE PROGRAM ACCOUNT?
Fill out our Trade Program application. In 24-48 hours you will receive a separate email indicating your application is being reviewed.
WHO QUALIFIES TO JOIN THE TRADE PROGRAM?
Designers, Architects, General Contractors, Home Stagers, Home Developers, and Hospitality professionals.
Approval requires at least one of the following credentials to support your application:
- — Valid membership in a major design organization (ASID, IIDA, AIA, NKBA, IDC)
- — Interior Design Certification (NCIDQ or CCIDC)
- — Valid business license or EIN in appropriate profession
HOW DOES MY TRADE PROGRAM DISCOUNT WORK?
Once your application and credentials are verified and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a personal trade discount code that can be applied at checkout.
HOW DO I PLACE A TRADE ORDER?
Once you are approved, login and apply your personal trade discount code at checkout. Some items may be excluded from trade purchasing.
DOES YOUR TRADE PROGRAM OFFER TAX EXEMPTION?
Yes, with qualified paperwork. Please send an email to [email protected] for details.
IS MY TRADE DISCOUNT AVAILABLE IN-STORE?
Yes. Simply notify our staff that you are a Trade Program member.
ARE FABRIC SWATCHES AND FINISH SAMPLES AVAILABLE?
Click here to order fabric swatches. Finish samples may not be ordered at this time.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
